He was waived today because he was in a bad car accident last night after leaving position meetings.. they plan to bring him back as soon as he heals up but needed to make roster room for another person to complete the 80 man. Get well soon...if everyone can say a little prayer for his recovery..we are rooting for you Ray

If he was in the accident last night but still wanted to keep him, why didn't they place him on Active/PUP or Active/Non-Football Injury?
