Dolphins talking contract with CFL wideout Emmanuel Arceneaux

I would say Chris is bang-on in his assessment of Arceneaux. He has potential, but so do a lot of other NFL receivers. And I don't see him knocking the socks off the Dolphins coaching staff, if that's where he's headed, with his moves and skill. He's still a developmental project at this stage, and he's only 23. He wouldn't be an elite signing such as Cameron Wake, but he has more upside than Ryan Grice-Mullen and Rolly Lumbala, two other ex-B.C. Lions who were given a shot in Miami last year.
